The New Hampshire Women’s Policy Institute’s mission is to generate research, encourage policy discussions and educate the public in order to inform decision making and promote the value of women in New Hampshire.
How to Get Involved

Volunteer

If you want to participate in our efforts to educate the public and provide non-partisan data and information on issues affecting women in New Hampshire, you can volunteer to serve on one of our committees:

  • Communications Committee
  • Programs Committee
  • Research Committee

You can help us expand our network of supporters around the state by hosting a house party to introduce your friends to the Women’s Policy Institute and to recent research on the well-being of women in New Hampshire.

The NHWPI has been designated a 501(c)(3) organization by the Internal Revenue Service, and contributions to the organization are tax deductible to the full extent allowed under the law.   If you have questions or would like to explore particular ways to give, please call us at (603) 491-0959 or e-mail us. Several ways to give are listed below.

Annual Gift
A gift to the NHWPI supports grant making, special programs, and the organizational infrastructure. It is central and cements all the work that we do throughout the year.

Employer Matching Gift
Check whether your employer matches the charitable contributions of its employees. If so, your employer’s donation will leverage your gift.

Memorial Gift
Celebrate a significant occasion – a birth or a birthday, a wedding or graduation – with a gift to the NHWPI. Honor the life of a special friend or relative with a gift.

Bequests and other planned giving
Remember NHWPI in your estate or will and provide an enduring memorial of your support of the well-being of women in New Hampshire.  Please contact us at (603) 491-0959 or e-mail us to find out how.

In-kind contributions
Friends of the NHWPI have contributed everything from office furniture to report design.   Please contact us at (603) 491-0959 or e-mail us if you can provide services or equipment you think we might need.
